Processing time
The time we need to prepare an order for dispatch varies:
- Items that are ready to ship will be processed within 3-5 working days.
- Bespoke and customised orders will take a little longer, usually 2-4 weeks depending on the design and materials needed.
Delivery times
Delivery times will depend on the destination. We ship from London in the United Kingdom via Royal Mail Tracked and Signed. Once the order is shipped we will provide you with a tracking number and estimated delivery time.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
